Nigerian Dignity Rights (Section 34)

Section 34 of Nigeria's 1999 Constitution protects every individual's dignity and prohibits torture, inhuman, or degrading treatment. The National Human Rights Commission investigates dignity violations at nhrc.gov.ng. Nigeria has ratified the UN Convention Against Torture.
