Lodge with the relevant industry ombud (Motor Industry Ombud for cars, Consumer Goods and Services Ombud for retailers, etc.). These are free.
Report to the National Consumer Commission (012 428 7000 | the ncc.org.za) for CPA violations. The NCC investigates and can prosecute businesses.
Approach the National Consumer Tribunal for a binding order compelling refunds, replacements, or compensation.
